I am a health enthusiast who enjoys eating healthy and tasty foods, traveling and exploring new cultures, reading, and writing spending quality time with family and friends.

I grew up in a small rural farming community where everything we ate was organic.  As a child, I remember collecting eggs, milking goats and cows, picking watermelons, tomatoes, corn, and peas. We also ate a lot of grass-fed meats, drank raw goat and cow’s milk.  We rarely got sick except for the common cold.

As an adult, I somewhat strayed from the diet I grew up on and adapted a more westernized diet and became ill with a lifestyle disease caused by high levels of chemical and environmental toxins, food additives and eating lots of sugar because I had a sweet tooth. It was a very long and difficult journey for me on the way back to health.  It involved different therapies, hours of research including reading books and listening to various authorities on health.  I am finally on the recovery path and I want to give back by helping others to have access to the same information that I used to pretty much to heal myself  and at the same time  experience a better state of health. It is my goal to also  educate everyone about the importance of making healthy choices every day. In addition, you will also find other helpful related information that is relevant to health and wellness too.

I have finally found the diet that is right for me and it’s gluten-free and vegan.
